It was just a fun dog show, she only got highly commended for Best B!tch - the judges loved her but she is shy and a little afraid of strangers so they had to mark her down on that! she is staring up at my OH there, he is taking the photo!

A prize is a prize!! Fair play to her. She's gorgeous! Buddy would get marked down for jumping on them and looking for attention!! We were in Maxi Zoo last week and he was with us and a man came in and came over and said he has cockers himself and wasn't Buddy gorgeous etc. He bent down and rubbed him and then when he went to leave Buddy tried to go with him!

Found another photo of Buddy on my phone (have loads :-8 ). Dh didn't close baby gate and when he was going to bed Buddy slipped out under his legs, out the kitchen door and straight upstairs and wasn't moving!!

Aw lovely pic! He is gorgeous!
Love the pics where their tongues are hanging out like they are smiling!! God buddy is definitely the opposite to our little one so, she is really nervous around strangers. She is fine with people she has met 2 or 3 times even if it is over the space of months but always cagey when she meets them initially. We had her since she was a pup and socialised her properly, she used to love people. Think things changed when she was around 5 months old, she went into early heat so not sure if that was related to the change.

When we got Buddy initially he was very nervous. The poor little pet had a tough time before he came to us. His original owners emigrated (although tbh think that was an excuse to get rid of him as he wasn't trained, fed crap and knowing him now bet he was bold and drove them mad but totally their fault) and then he went to live with the womans dad until another home was found. Then he came to us so had 3 homes within the space of a month or so. I remember after we got him I brought him up to my parents as my brothers gf was dying to see him. He stood in their house and his little legs were shaking like mad. Over time he's gotten more confident and we've spent ages of time and a lot of money training him. Now he's grand with strangers. So funny when we're out walking him and people pass he'll sometimes pause and look at them as if to say 'you probably want to admire me so work away!'

TTC Since Sept 2010
Dh S.A Jan 2012 - all ok
Day 3 bloods Dec 2011- ok
Day 21 bloods Dec 2011 - ok
Pelvic ultrasound - March 2012 - have a small cyst on both left and right
ovary - both are very small!!
Another ultrasound booked for July 31st??

Have any of you done/ do agility with your cockers? We did a 4 week obedience level 2 training class with Dog Training Ireland and the last class was yesterday. Was talking to trainer during class (other dogs were practising a thing Buddy was already able to do) and she reckoned he'd love agility. Said he's a very clever dog and reckons thats why he misbehaves sometimes - his mind needs to be stimulated a lot - and she said she thinks he'd love agility. Its using a part of his mind he wouldn't use a lot in normal every day life and also tiring him out. Think he'd like it myself but wondering have any of you done it?
